Refunds for the Lifetime version of CyberAnticheat can only be requested within 8 hours of purchase.
If the refund request meets the conditions below and is submitted within the 8-hour period, the customer may receive 75% of the original purchase price.
Before a refund can be considered, the customer must first contact our support team and make a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue. Refund requests submitted without first seeking support will not be accepted.
After 8 hours have passed since the time of purchase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances — except where legally required (see 4.6).
Any form of leaking, reselling, or unauthorized distribution of our products will result in immediate license termination without refund.
Under European Union law, buyers have the right to receive a digital product that functions as described. If there is a defect or major malfunction, we are entitled to first attempt to resolve the issue (e.g. through support, updates or configuration advice).
Only if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, the buyer may become eligible for a refund, depending on the situation.
If the product works correctly and we offer support, there is no automatic right to a refund, even under EU law, after the 8-hour refund period has passed.
